The company has a state of art factory, equipped with the latest machinery for online assembling of suction equipment in dust free environment. Beautifully landscaped, it is built over approx. 1100 sq. mts. and is situated in a prestigious industrial area, just across the Delhi borders.

The factory organization includes different sections such as production, assembly, testing, clean room and R & D. It also provides in-house facilities for development of dies and moulds. The company has excellent reach through an excellent sales network comprising of dealers and retailers, spread throughout India.

Production Unit
State-of-the-art machinery & equipment are the hallmarks of our ultra-modern production unit. The unit is at par with international suction unit manufacturing units and with a capacity of producing 500-700 suction units per month, it is the largest such unit in India.

Our operations are in full-compliance with the ISO guidelines with trained, skilled operators working on their individual workstations, following well defined systematic procedures. Our production engineers supervise and ensure full compliance to ISO norms throughout the complete manufacturing process.

Packaging
We value packaging as not just a solitary process, but as an integral part of our product delivery mechanism. Our packaging is a reflection of our high quality products that also ensures maximum product safety.

We offer thermocol packaging in 5 ply corrugated export worthy cartons reinforced with plastic straps to provide adequate protection against any in-transit damage. We have our own in-house auto strapping machines. In addition to the standard packaging, we can also offer "Custom Packaging" in wooden pallets for bulk orders.

Warehousing

Sharing the same site, the Research & Development Center covers 700 sq. Ft area where the company conducts research and develops innovative moulds to meet industry demands. Our R&D team has developed an extensive range of Moulds & dies - both for in-house use and contract manufacturing. We can develop high quality mock-up samples based on the product blueprints.
